When preparing mackerel products under LATIS trademark, we use only select mackerel from clean Atlantic waters of Norway and North Sea. We use only mackerel that is caught in autumn because only in this season it maximizes health benefits due to its thirty percent fat content. Exactly such mackerel is a perfect source of protein, vitamins (particularly vitamins D and B12), minerals (high content of selenium and iron) and Omega 3 fatty acids.
