Salad of smoked mackerel with rice

|200 gm.||:||Sour cream|

- Lay out the layers of boiled rice and sliced mackerel fillets on the dish.
- Make sauce by mixing beets juice, sour cream, horseradish, salt, sugar, and lemon juice; then whip the mass with blender.
- Every layer of salad is poured with sauce.
- Then the ready dish is decorated with greens and lemon.
