Hot salad cooked from chicken liver with hummus


40 gram : hummus
290 gram : chicken liver
2 : tomatoes
1 : lemon
1 : clove of garlic
1 : small onion
15 gram : sour cream
15 gram : cream
2-3 table spoons : olive oil
leaves of green lettuce
herbs (type is for your choice)


20 minutes; serves 2

Advice! Before cooking release the liver from veins

  1. Cut the liver, add salt and pepper.
  2. Then fry garlic and onion till transparence on the warmed frying pan and add liver.
  3. When liver is almost ready, add a bit of water, cream, sour cream and hummus.
  4. Mix all the ingredients and stew on small fire for 3 – 5 minutes.
  5. Place the leaves of lettuce on the plate; lay out the ready liver and wedge of tomato on lettuce.
