Hash browns with slightly salted salmon

Ingridients

8 middle-sized : potatoes
1 : egg
2 : tablespoons of flour
Salt
0,4 kilo : slightly salted salmon
100 gm. : Oil
Greens

Method

Servers portions – 4
Cooking time – 30 min.

  1. Grate potatoes thickly, add one egg, salt, and flour; then fry the thick pancakes.
  2. Lay the pancakes on the dish, then slices of salmon, and then decorate the dish with greens.
