Cream soup


100 gram : hummus
300 gram : potato
100 gram : carrot
root of celery
10 millilitre : cream
1 : bouillon cube
curcuma spice
salt, ground white pepper


20 minutes; serves 2

Advice! The recommended spices are as follows: dried basil and thyme

  1. Cut all vegetables into small pieces and boil them 5 – 7 minutes in bouillon with spices, then add the root of celery into soup and cook for some additional time.
  2. The cooked soup place into blender, add cream, hummus and curcuma to it.
  3. Then blend the ingredients until smooth.
  4. Soup is ready! Decorate it with mint and croutons.
