Advice! The recommended spices are as follows: dried basil and thyme
- Cut all vegetables into small pieces and boil them 5 – 7 minutes in bouillon with spices, then add the root of celery into soup and cook for some additional time.
- The cooked soup place into blender, add cream, hummus and curcuma to it.
- Then blend the ingredients until smooth.
- Soup is ready! Decorate it with mint and croutons.
