Carpaccio cooked with tomatoes and hummus


2 table spoons : olive oil
180 gram : hummus
2 : tomatoes
1 : lemon
5-6 : black olives


5 minutes; serves 2

Suitable for vegetarians

For dressing: add 2-3 table spoons of lemon juice and olive oil to hummus; slice the tomatoes (in rings) and put on the plate. Place the dressing in the middle and over strew with black olives and herbs, cut into pieces.
